CHAP. 144.— An Act granting a pension to Thomas H. Vaughn.June 8, 1880. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Thomas II That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized andVaughn, Pension. directed to place on the pension roll the name of Thomas H. Vaughn, of Company C, Seventy-sixth Regiment of Pennsylvania Volunteers, and that the said Thomas H. Vaughn be allowed a pension at the rate of four dollars per month, commencing from and after the passage of this act. Approved, June 8, 1880.
