CHAP. 140.— An Act to increase the pension of Thomas Riley.June 8, 1880. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Thomas Riley.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension- roll of the United States the name of Thomas Riley, late a private in Company L. Seventh Regiment United States Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of seventy-two dollars per month from and after the passage of this act. Approved, June 8, 1880.
