CHAP. 130.— An act to authorize the Secretary of War to furnish four pieces of cast iron condemned ordnance for the soldiers monument at Marietta, Ohio.June 8, 1880. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Soldiers’ and Sailors’ Monument Association, of Marietta, Washington County, O. That the Secretary of War be authorized to furnish to the Soldiers’ and Sailors’ Monument Association, of Washington County, Ohio, from the condemned ordnance of the United States, four pieces of cast iron cannon for the soldiers’ monument recently erected in the public park in the city of Marietta, Washington County, Ohio.
