CHAP. 13.— An Act granting an increase of pension to Mrs. Julia Gardner Tyler, widow of ex-President Tyler.Dec. 23, 1880. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Mrs. Julia Gardner Tyler, widow of ex-President Ty 1er, increase of pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension Jaws, the name of Mrs. Julia Gardner Tyler, widow of ex-Presidcnt John Tyler, and to pay her a pension of one hundred dollars per month from and after the passage of this act. Approved, December 23, 1880.
