CHAP. 126.— An Act to amend an act entitled “An act granting a pension to Sophia Brooke Taylor, widow of the late Major Francis Taylor”.June 7, 1880. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Sophia Brooke Tailor.Pension increased.1865, ch. 129,Stat., 13,599. That the act entitled “An act granting a pension to Sophia Brooke Taylor, widow of the late Major Francis Taylor”, approved March the third, eighteen hundred and sixty- five, be, and the same is hereby, amended, so that she shall be entitled to receive, and shall receive, a pension at the rate of fifty dollars per mouth from and after the passage of this act, to be paid to her in lieu of the monthly rate of pension granted to her by the act hereby amended.
