CHAP. 111.— An Act granting a pension to Edward U Leib.May 28, 1880. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Edward U.Leib.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension- FORTY-SIXTH CONGRESS. Sess. II. Ch. Ill, 112, 114, 117, 118, 122. 1880. 543 roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Edward U. Leib, late a brevet lieutenant-colonel, United States Army, captain Fifth United States Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of fifty dollars per month, in lieu of the pension he now receives. Approved, May 28, 1880.
