CHAP. 102.—An act for the relief of the heirs of Edward B. Clark. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Edward B. Clark, heirs of, relief. That the Commissioners of the District of Columbia be authorized and directed to remit the taxes, assessments, and charges, upon the property, with improvements thereon, of the late Edward B. Clark, located in the city of Washington, and known as lot numbered nine, in square numbered three hundred and fifty-three, which accrued during the time said property was held by the government under title of confiscation. Approved, March 1, 1881.
