CHAP. 98.— An Act granting a pension to Elizabeth D. Stone.May 14, 1878. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Elizabeth D. Stone.Pension to. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension-laws, the name of Elizabeth D. Stone, widow of Briuton Stone, late an acting assistant surgeon in the United States Navy, to take effect from the passage of this act. Approved, May 14, 1878.
