CHAP. 92.— An Act granting a pension to Rebecca and Augusta Miller, daughters of Brigadier-General James Miller, of the war of eighteen hundred and twelve.May 4, 1878. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Rebecca and Augusta Miller.Pension to. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and be is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to provisions and limitations of the pension-laws, the names of Rebecca and Augusta Miller, daughters of James Miller, a brigadier-general in the war of eighteen hundred and twelve, and to pay them a pension of fifteen dollars each per month.
