CHAP. 89.— An Act for the relief of Susan Robb.May 3, 1878. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Susan Robb.Payment to. That the proper accounting-officers of the Treasury Department be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to adjust and settle the claim of Susan Robb, mother and nearest heir of Levi R. Robb, late second lieutenant of Company H, Forty-fifth Pennsylvania Volunteers, and allow her the sum of one hundred and thirty-five dollars, the same being “ three months’ extra pay proper”: *Provided*, That no charges stand against said officer on the books of the Treasury Department. Approved, May 3, 1878.
