CHAP. 81.— An Act for the relief of Will R. Hervey.May 2, 1878. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Will R. Hervey.Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, directed to pay to Will R. Hervey, of Louisville, Keutucky, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of three thousand six hundred and thirty-nine dollars and twenty-five cents, in full satisfaction of loss occurring to him by the payment of a forged check, as cashier of the United States depository at Louisville, Kentucky.
