CHAP. 80.— AN ACT to remove the political disabilities of W. E. Wysham of Maryland.Feb. 14, 1879. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled (two thirds of each House concurring therein)*,W. E. Wysham.Political disabilities. That all political disabilities imposed by the fourteenth amendment to the Constitution of the United States upon W. E. Wysham of Maryland be and the same are hereby removed. Approved, February 14, 1879.
