Tucker of the District of ColumbiaFeb. 14, 1879. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, {two thirds of each House concurring therein)*,J. T. Tucker.Political disabilities. That all political disabilities imposed by the fourteenth amendment to the Constitution of the United States upon John T. Tucker, a citizen of the District of Columbia, be, and the same are hereby removed. Approved, February 14, 1879.
