Shepperd of Virginia.Feb. 14, 1879. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assemblai, (two-thirds of each House concurring therein,)*,F. E. Shepperd.Political disabilities. That all political disabilities imposed by the fourteenth amendment to the Constitution of the United States on F. E.
