CHAP. 71.— AN ACT to remove the political disabilities of C. B. Oliver.Feb. 14, 1879. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, (two thirds of each House concurring therein)*,C. B. Oliver.Political disabilities. That all political disabilities imposed by the fourteenth amendment to the Constitution of the United States, upon C. B. Oliver a citizen of the United States be, and the same are hereby removed. Approved, February 14, 1879.
