CHAP. 70.— An Act for the relief of Thomas W. Collier.April 29, 1878. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Thomas W. Collier.Appropriation. That the sum of nine hundred and thirty-eight dollars and seventy-two cents, to reimburse Thomas W. Collier, postmaster at Coshocton, Ohio, for postage stamps and money-order funds, stolen from his office at that place on the night of May twenty-second eighteen hundred and seventy-seven, be appropriated out of any fund not otherwise appropriated. Approved, April 29, 1878.
