That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directedPension. to place on the pension- roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension-laws, the name of Belinda Macdonald, widow of Christopher R. Macdonald, late colonel Forty-seventh Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry. Approved, February 7, 1879.
