CHAP. 62.— AN ACT granting an increase of pension to Mrs. Eliza H. Frailey.Feb. 7, 1879. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Uni ted. States of America in Congress assembled*,Eliza II. Frailey. That the pension heretofore granted and paid to Mrs. Eliza H. Frailey,Increase of pension. widow of James Madison Frailey, late a commodore in the United States Navy, be, and the same is, increased to the sum of fifty dollars per month from and after the passage of this act. Approved, February 7, 1879. FORTY-FIFTH CONGRESS. Sess. III. Ch. 63, 64, 66, 67. 1879.
