CHAP. 62.— AN ACT granting an increase of pension to Mrs. Eliza H. Frailey.Feb. 7, 1879. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Uni ted. States of America in Congress assembled*,Eliza II. Frailey. That the pension heretofore granted and paid to Mrs. Eliza H. Frailey,Increase of pension. widow of James Madison Frailey, late a commodore in the United States Navy, be, and the same is, increased to the sum of fifty dollars per month from and after the passage of this act.
