CHAP. 57.— AN ACT granting a pension to Mrs Eliza Bayard Anderson, widow of General Robert Anderson, United States Army.Feb. 7, 1879. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Eliza B. Anderson.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension FORTY-FIFTH CONGRESS. Sess. III. Cn. 57,58,59,60,61,62. 1879. 595 roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mrs Eliza Bayard Anderson, widow of Robert Anderson, late brigadier-general United States Army, and pay her a pension at the rate of fifty dollars per mouth from and after the passage of this act.
