CHAP. 56.— AN ACT to authorize the Secretary of the Interior to place upon the pension-roll the name of John Ward, late sergeant of Company K, Second Regiment West Virginia Volunteer Cavalry.Feb. 7, 1879. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,John Ward.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and required to place upon the pension-roll the name of John Ward, late a sergeant in Company K, Second Regiment of West Virginia Volunteer Cavalry. Approved, February 7, 1879.
