That the Secretary of the Interior be, and be is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension-laws, the name of Bridget T. Hoppei, widow of Edward 0. Hopper, late a captain of Company G of the Filth Now Jersey Volunteers Approved, April 8, 1878.
