CHAP. 54.— AN ACT granting a pension to William R. Browne.Feb. 7, 1879. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,W. R. Browne.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension- roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension-laws, the name of William R. Browne, late a volunteer lieutenant, commanding the United States ship “Restless”. Approved, February 7, 1879.
