CHAP. 53.— AN ACT for the relief of Andrew F. Higgins, of Brown County, Ohio.Feb. 7, 1879. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,A. F. Higgins.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and be is hereby, authorized and directed to place the name of Andrew F. Higgins, late private in the Fourth Independent Company, Ohio Volunteer Cavalry, in the war of the rebellion, on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension-laws. Approved, February 7, 1879.
