CHAP. 53.— An Act granting a pension to George McCoy.April 08, 1878. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,George McCoy.Pension to. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and be is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension-laws, the name of George McCoy, sometime acting assistant surgeon United States Army, at Emory Hospital, Washington, District of Columbia. Approved, April 8, 1878.
