CHAP. 45.— An Act to remove the political disabilities of Robert H. Chilton.March 26, 1878. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,R. H. Chilton.Political disabilities removed. That all the political disabilities of Robert E. Chilton imposed upon him by the third section of the fourteenth article of amendments to the Constitution of the United States for participation in the rebellion be, and the same are hereby removed. Approved, March 26, 1878.
