CHAP. 365.— An act to construct a road to the national cemetery at Vicksburg, Mississippi June 20, 1878. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Appropriation.Road to cemetery near Vicksburg. That the sum of seven thousand dollars be, and the same is hereby, appropriated out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the purpose of constructing a macadamized road from the city of Vicksburg, Mississippi to the national cemetery near that city, to be expended under the direction of the Secretary of War, or so much of the above sum as is necessary. Approved, June 20, 1878.
