CHAP. 353.— An Act to remove the political disabilities of Larkin Smith, of Georgia.June 19, 1878. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, (two-thirds of each House concurring therein)*,Larkin Smith.Political disabilities removed. That Larkin Smith, of Atlanta, Georgia, be, and is hereby, relieved of all political disabilities imposed by the third section of the fourteenth article of amendments to the Constitution of the United States. Approved, June 19, 1878.
