That the sum of seven hundred and ninety-one dollars and thirty-eight cents be paid to Murphy and Good, out of any money in the Treasury of the United States not otherwise appropriated, for grading and paving the sidewalk on Clifford avenue, in front of the United States arsenal grounds, at the city of Indianapolis, in the State of Indiana. Approved, June 19, 1878.
