CHAP. 343.— An Act granting a pension to Daniel Clary.June 19, 1878. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,D. Clary.Pension to. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension- 581 FORTY-FIFTH CONGRESS. Sess. II, CH. 343, 344, 315, 346, 347, 348. 1878.laws, the name of Daniel Clary, a private in Company F, Fourth Illinois Volunteers, in the Mexican war, and to pay him a pension, not exceeding sixteen dollars a month, to take effect from and after the passage of this act. Approved, June 19, 1878.
