CHAP. 340.— An Act for the relief of H. H. Lemon, member of the Capitol police force, for injuries received while in the discharge of his duties in the year eighteen hundred and seventy.June 19, 1878. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,H. H. Lemon.Payment to. That the sum of three thousand dollars is hereby appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the relief of H.
H. Lemon, who was injured while in the discharge of his duties as a member of the Capitol police force in the year eighteen hundred and seventy; and the Secretary of the Treasury is hereby directed to pay said sum to said Lemon. Approved, June 19, 1878.
