CHAP. 338.— An Act granting a pension to William H. Nims.June 19, 1878. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,W. H. Nims.Increased pension to. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, directed to place on the pension-roll, at the increased rate of twenty-four dollars per month, from June fourth, eighteen hundred and seventy-two, the name of William H. Nims. Approved, June 19, 1878.
