CHAP. 337.— An Act granting a pension to Ben Alsop.June 19, 1878. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,B. Alsop.Pension to. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitatiousof the pension-laws, the name of Ben Alsop, of Owensborongh, Kentucky, a soldier in the war of eighteen hundred and twelve; the pension to be allowed from the ninth day of March, eighteen hundred and seventy-eight Approved, June 19, 1878.
