CHAP. 336.— An Act to remove the political disabilities of A. D. Wharton of the State of TennesseeJune 19, 1878. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, (two-thirds of each House concurring therein)*,A. D. Wharton.Political disabilities removed. That the political disabilities imposed upon A. D. Wharton, of the State of Tennessee, by the fourteenth amendment of the Constitution of the United States, on account of his participation in the rebellion be, and the same are hereby, removed. Approved, June 19, 1878.
