CHAP. 335.— An Act to relieve the political disabilities of E. Kirby Smith of TennesseeJune 19, 1878. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, (two-thirds of each House concurring therein)*,E. K. Smith.Political disabilities removed. That all political disabilities imposed by the fourteenth amendment of the Constitution of the United States on E. Kirby Smith of Tennessee, be, and the same are hereby, removed. Approved, June 19, 1878.
