CHAP. 307.— An Act granting a pension to John S. Hall, of West VirginiaJune 18, 1878. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,J. S. Hall.Pension to. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension-laws, the name of John S. Hall, of West Virginia, late an enlisted teamster in the service of the United States, at the rate of twenty-five dollars per month, be having becometotally blind from disease contracted in the service.
