CHAP. 306.— An Act granting a pension to Ezra O. Nye, Company K. Nineteenth Michigan Volunteers.June 18, 1878. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,E. O. Nye.Pension to. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and be is hereby, directed to place upon the pension-roll, the name of Ezra O. Nye, late of Company K. Nineteenth Michigan Volunteer Infantry, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension-laws, and to pay him a pension from and after the passage of this act. Approved, June 18, 1878.
