CHAP. 302.— An Act granting a pension to Oliver H. Irons, late sergeant Company D, Twenty-third Michigan Volunteers.June 18, 1878. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,O. H. Irons.Pension to. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension-roll of the United States, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Oliver H. Irons, late a sergeant in Company D, Twenty-third Regiment of Michigan Volunteers, and pay him a pension. Approved, June 18, 1878.
