CHAP. 298.— AN ACT for the relief of A. F. Rockwell, aid-de-camp on the staff of General Buell.March 3, 1879. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,A. F. Rockwell.Military record. That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized to recognize A. F. Rockwell as first lieu- FORTY-FIFTH CONGRESS. Sess. IH. Ch. 298—302. 1879. 667 tenant and aide-de-camp from the twenty-sixth day of October, eighteen hundred and sixty-one, to the seventeenth day of September, eighteen hundred and sixty-three; this to complete his record for service rendered, and authorize the accounting officers of the Treasury to admit the accounts on which he has been paid for the period embraced between said dates.
