CHAP. 296.— AN ACT granting a pension to John McIntyre.March 3, 1879. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,J. McIntyre.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and is hereby, directed to place the name of John McIntyre on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension-laws; and that he be allowed and paid a pension from the fourth day of March, eighteen hundred and seventy-seven, at the same rate per annum that be was receiving when his name was dropped from the pension-roll.
