CHAP. 294.— AN ACT for the relief of Daniel M. Frost and the heirs and executors of William M. McPherson of the State of MissouriMarch 3, 1879. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,A. W. Gaines.Sureties on bond. That Daniel M. Frost and the heirs and executors of William M. McPherson are hereby released and discharged from all claim and demand on the part of the United States upon them, or either of them, by reason of said Frost and McPherson having been sureties upon the official bond of Augustus W.
Gaines, paymaster in the Army of the United States, who died in February, eighteen hundred and sixty. Approved, March 3, 1879.
