CHAP. 293.— An Act granting a pension to Emily Hughes, alias BurchJune 18, 1878. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Emily Hughes, alias Burch.Pension to. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, directed to place upon the pension-rolls, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension-law, the name of Emily Hughes, alias Burch, the widow of the late Private James Burch, Company G, Thirty-eighth Regiment United States Infantry.
