CHAP. 292.— An Act granting a pension to Mary Ann McFarland.June 18, 1878. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Mary A McFarland.Pension to. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension-laws, the name of Mary Ann McFarland, widow of Peter McFarland, late captain of Company C, First Kansas Infantry. Approved, June 18, 1878.
