CHAP. 291.— AN ACT for the relief of Isaiah Pickard.March 3, 1879. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,I. Pickard.Seizure of colt. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to pay to Isaiah Pickard, of Stewartstown, in the State of New Hampshire, the sum of one hundred dollars, in full satisfaction of his claim by reason of the wrongful seizure and sale of one gray colt by the collector of customs for the district of Portsmouth. Approved, March 3, 1879.
