CHAP. 279.— AN ACT for the relief of William H. H. Baldwin.March 3, 1879. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled?*,W. H. H. Baldwin.Military record. That the charge of desertion resting upou the military record of William H. H. Baldwin, late private in Company K, Sixteenth Eegiment of Kansas Volunteers, be, and the same is hereby, removed, and the said William H. H. Baldwin shall be entitled to receive all back pay and such bounties as though he had never left his command. Approved, March 3, 1879.
