CHAP. 276.— AN ACT for the relief of Jarvis Jackson, of Laurel County, Kentucky.March 3, 1879. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,J. Jackson.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed, from and after the FORTY-FIFTH CONGRESS. Sess. III. Ch. 276–281. 1879 626 date of the passage of this act, to pay to Jarvis Jackson, of Laurel County, Kentucky, a pension of sixteen dollars per month, instead of eight dollars, which he is now receiving.
