CHAP. 273.— An Act for the relief of John E. Williamson.June 18, 1878. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,J. E. Williamsom.Payment to. That tire Secretary of the Treasury of the United States of America is hereby authorized and directed to pay, out of any moneys in the United States Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to John E. Williamson, late a member of Company B, Thirty-seventh Regiment of Wisconsin Volunteer Infantry, the full pay of a second lieutenant for and during the following period of time, namely, from the seventh day of March, anno Domini eighteen hundred and sixty-five, to the eighth day of May, anno Domini eighteen hundred and sixty-five, inclusive, less the pay during that time of a first sergeant in the infantry service, which he has received.
