CHAP. 271.— AN ACT granting a pension to Anna M. Clippinger.March 3, 1879. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Anna M. Clippinger.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension- roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension-laws, the name of Anna M. Clippinger, mother of John R. Clippinger, late private of Company D, One hundred and twenty-sixth Regiment of Pennsylvania Volunteers, and pay her a pension from and after the passage of this act.
