CHAP. 270.— AN ACT restoring the name of Benjamin Hollingsworth to the pension-roll.March 3, 1879. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,B. Rollingsworth.Pension restored. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to restore to the pension-roll the name of Benjamin Hollingsworth, late a private in Company I, of the First Regiment Iowa Cavalry Volunteers, and he shall be paid on his pension-certificate, numbered one hundred and two thousand nine hundred and twenty-five, in the same manner and to the same amount that he would have been if payment had not been suspended or his name dropped from the roll.
