CHAP. 268.— AN ACT to amend section forty-six hundred and ninety five of the Revised Statutes of the United States.June 18, 1878. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Lieutenant commanders’ pension.R. S. 4095, p. 921,Amended. That from and after July sixteenth, eighteen hundred and sixty-two pensions granted to lieutenant-commanders in the Navy for disability, or on account of their death, shall be the same as theretofore provided for lieutenants-commanding. Approved, June 18, 1878.
