CHAP. 268.— AN ACT granting an increase of pension to Charles C. Smith.March 3, 1879. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,C. C. Smith.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, the name of Charles C. Smith, late captain of the Thirteenth Infantry' U. S. Army, and pay him a pension of twenty-five dollars per mouth, from and after the passage of this act. Approved, March 3, 1879.
